Actually good Amazon.ca deals, without the digging.

The smiling face, whiskers and rosy cheeks make the finished cat as enjoyable to display as it is to assemble. Its paw moves like a traditional beckoning cat, while the choice of a gold coin or good-fortune message lets the builder make the display their own. It is an easy gift idea for someone who likes playful details on a shelf.

The built-in microphones and speakers make this a different choice from a streaming stick. You can ask Alexa to find entertainment or control supported TV equipment while the Cube handles the 4K streaming interface. For a living room where voice control is part of the routine, that hands-free access is the feature worth considering.

A TV's built-in menus are not always the way you want to find something to watch. This stick adds the Fire TV interface through an HDMI input, keeping your streaming apps in one place while taking up little room. Its 4K support makes it worth a look for a main screen or second TV when a tidy setup matters.

When dinner needs a handful of chopped ingredients rather than a large batch, this chopper keeps the job contained. Two speeds and pulse help move from chopped vegetables to a smoother purée, and the lid's drizzle basin lets you add liquid while mixing. A handle and pour spout make it easier to move the result into a pan; the bowl, lid and blade are dishwasher-safe.

A second charging spot is more useful when you do not have to borrow the cable from your main setup. The folding plug makes the Anker Nano easier to pack, while the included 6 ft cable gives some breathing room when the outlet is not right beside you. It is a simple way to keep a USB-C charging kit together where you need it.

The fun does not end when the last brick clicks in. Kids can raise the blade, lower the ripper and roll the bulldozer to watch the pistons and fan move, then put the driver and two workers to work around their own construction site. The build itself is a project; the finished vehicle gives them a reason to keep playing.
