Anker MagGo 3-in-1: one folding station for your Apple essentials

The built-in lightshow adds a visual element without needing a separate lighting setup, and the microphone and guitar inputs let you move from a playlist to live participation. A telescopic handle and wheels make transporting this large speaker more manageable. The JBL PartyBox app gives you control over EQ and light patterns, while Auracast offers an expansion path with compatible JBL speakers.

Quiet mode lets you reduce surrounding noise when you want to settle into music, while Aware mode makes it easy to hear more of what is happening around you. Physical buttons put playback within reach without requiring a look at your phone, and adjustable EQ lets you shape the sound to your taste. The included audio cable adds a useful wired option for devices with a compatible headphone jack.

TV dialogue can get lost in a busy mix. The SB510 gives speech its own channel and keeps the subwoofer inside the bar, making it a tidy upgrade for a smaller living room. Bluetooth also lets it play music from a phone. Check your TV connection and the 37-inch bar width before buying.
